Intakes ~ We offer 2 types of intakes. 1 to meet the professional and 1 to comprehensively explore your reasons for seeking our support.

Counselling ~ Therapeutic services that offer a wide range of support from couples and individual therapy, LGBTQ+ support, addictions and grief support and more.

Psychotherapy ~ In-depth therapy that helps to work through suppressed and past trauma.

Divorce Coaching ~ Support for those requiring guidance navigating through the steps of their divorce and support in effective communication building.

Group Therapy ~ Counselling for a group of individuals experiencing similar concerns. Each group is individually interviewed to ensure all parties are suitable for the sessions hosted. Session types vary through out the year. Please contact us for up to date information on the current group therapy being offered.

Home Inspections ~ A comprehensive examination of the home , property and individuals a child(ren) will/are being expose to. Reports upon completion of all findings are supplied to all individuals involved.

Family Therapy ~ Family based therapy with a solution focused modality is applied to help foster family relationship bonding and preservation.

Supervised Child Access ~ Supervised access of a child(ren) and an individual or individuals that wish to be in the child's life or are court ordered to solely have supervised access.

E-Services ~ E-mail and Skype services are offered for traveling and long distance clients or clients experiencing concerns preventing them from attending our office.

Tele-Services ~ Phone call sessions are offered for traveling and long distance clients or clients experiencing concerns preventing them from attending our office.

Professional Reports ~ We offer professional reports for the purpose of court, referrals, personal records and more.

Referrals ~ If we feel at any time our services do not meet our clients needs for continued quality of care we will refer our clients to trusted professionals that are better equipped to provide such services. We also maintain our professional obligation to ensure the referrals have been successfully processed and our clients are adjusting well with their new referral.

Animal Therapy ~ Therapy that includes our team therapy dog. A golden retriever companion pet.

Travelling Services (NEW) ~ We now offer traveling services for those wanting out of town services in person or require our services but are outside of the Kelowna area.

High Conflict Co-parenting Support ~ Counselling for co-parents to reach common ground and work collaboratively to mutually support their child(ren).

Parent Support ~ Counselling for parents who recognize that parenting is hard work and would like the added benefit of a professional supporting their parenting journey with counselling and supportive resources.
